We are holding our Annual Honey Show for the second year running at Martineau Gardens in Edgbaston 10 o'clock until 4pm on 8th and 9th September, 2012. This is a National Show open to members of all Associations, for schedule, entry form and flyer see attachments below.

Local beekeepers enter their locally produced honey into the competition which is judged and prizes awarded on the second day. The competition also includes honey cake and photographic entries. You will have the chance to talk to local beekeepers about the fascinating craft of beekeeping and buy locally produced honey direct from them.In addition to this you will be able to view an observation hive and make candles from wax foundation.

The Martineau Gardens is two and a half acres of organically managed landscape and an ideal setting for our show. It is an oasis for wildlife with an orchard, vegetable plot, nature trail, pond, children's play area and sales area selling plants.

Refreshments will be available.
